Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. You will be notified using the contact provided when your item has shipped. If you do not receive your item, please contact us for assistance.

Items will be shipped with the carrier providing the lowest possible cost to your region.

Currently, we offer free shipping for orders over $100 in Canada and $150 in the US. If for any reason free shipping is not included at checkout, please contact us at info@desimaynaturals.com.

At the moment we do not provide customer pickup. We will continue to evaluate offering this to our customers as we continue to grow.
